Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a part-time RBT or individual to become an RBT to provide in-home ABA services in Thompsonville, IL. The role runs M-F 12-4pm with benefits available for those who qualify.

Responsibilities include delivering ABA programs, 1:1 therapy, data tracking, and collaborating with a BCBA supervisor. Prior experience with developmental disabilities is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations.
• RBT certification preferred; active license/registration
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-driven programs in home/community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy under supervision of BCBA.
• Contribute feedback on client progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social skills, and other goals
• Track client progress and data for program decisions
• Adhere to company policies and safeguard patient confidentiality
• Maintain flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment


• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting


• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst


• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor


• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals


• Track client progress and program data


• Understands and adheres toCompanyPolicy and Procedures


• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information

Qualifications

• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification, preferred


• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred


• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population


• Valid Driver’s License


• Reliable transportation and insurance


• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs


• Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times
