Job summary

Amenity ABA Center in Houston, TX seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 behavioral intervention under BCBA supervision, delivering ABA techniques to children with autism and related developmental disabilities in a clinic setting.

You will collect data, implement treatment plans with fidelity, collaborate with therapists and families, and participate in ongoing trainings and meetings; the position offers full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• RBT Certification awarded through the BACB.
• Experience with pediatric, autistic and developmentally disabled clients.
• Great customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with patients in clinic.
• Work with Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapists to assist with behavioral needs.
• Consistently implement treatment plans with fidelity and prepare program materials; treatment protocols that include toilet training, communication, social and adaptive living skills.
• Collect and maintain accurate data and clinical notes utilizing data collection software.
• Participate in ongoing training, evaluations and meetings are required.
• Communicate appropriately and effectively with colleagues and families, as needed.
• Work ethically and with integrity while following the ethical code of conduct.
