Positive Behavior Health Developments is hiring talented Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team across Tampa Bay area, including East/West Tampa, Seffner and surrounding communities.

We offer competitive pay of $23–$27 per hour based on experience, flexible scheduling, opportunities for growth, and a supportive leadership team working to help children reach their full potential through ABA.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to travel within assigned service area and reliable transportation.
