Job summary

Positive Behavior Health Developments is growing, and we’re looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in the Tampa Bay area, including East Tampa, Ruskin, Seffner, Valrico, Riverview, Brandon, Apollo Beach, and Ruskin.

As an RBT, you’ll support children to reach their potential through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), with flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth under a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned service area.
• Excellent communication and professionalism.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Speak, read, and understand English.
