Base pay range

$23.00/hr - $30.00/hr

We are seeking Registered Behavior Technicians or Behaviorally Trained Staff members to join our team in Revere & Saugus, MA areas. Who is BILT, Inc.? Bridging Independent Living Together, Inc. works to enrich the lives of people with disabilities through compassionate support. Our team is committed to bridging the care gap to enhance individuals' independence, maximize their capabilities, and promote community inclusion by supporting their choices regarding housing, socialization, learning, employment, and recreational activities. We are a small non-profit organization working in homes and communities with individuals who have varying disabilities. We do everything from teaching individuals how to get a job and taking them on adventures to providing respite care and mentorship. Our clients range from ages 3 to 65. Our ideal candidate is passionate, motivated, and self-initiating, eager to help us deliver quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Pay is based on education and experience, with opportunities for growth and supervision hours for RBTs or internships. Candidates should have a flexible schedule with a mix of days and afternoons for Revere and Saugus clients. Responsibilities include:

• Skill building of ADLs and IADLs
