Cleveland Clinic Children’s Lerner School for Autism is a state‑certified, chartered non‑public day school dedicated to supporting autistic students from the earliest age of diagnosis through age 21. Our multidisciplinary team includes Licensed Special Educators, Behavior Analysts, Speech‑Language Pathologists, and Classroom Behavior Therapists—all highly trained and experienced in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Our comprehensive curriculum extends beyond the classroom, offering parent training, student observations, and home visits to ensure families remain engaged and supported in their child’s development.
As a Behavior Technician, you will play a key role in implementing individualized support plans tailored to each student’s unique strengths, goals, and needs. This position provides an opportunity to foster students’ independence, build essential academic and life skills, and empower them to navigate the world with confidence and success.
A caregiver in this position works Monday through Friday, from 8:00am—4:30pm.
Minimum hourly: $18.88
Maximum hourly: $28.80
