Job summary

Applied ABC Maryland is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children with autism, under supervision of a BCBA.

The role requires 1 year of ABA experience, a BA in a related field or current education in that area, and a valid RBT certificate; you will implement individual plans, collect data, and participate in trainings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or current pursuit of relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
