Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Already Autism Health, doing business as Commonwealth ABA, is a network of BCBAs, Psychologists, and RBTs dedicated to transforming the ABA industry. We offer services including ABA Therapy, Diagnosis, Telehealth, and Targeted Case Management, aiming to improve access to care and create meaningful opportunities for our team.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy to clients in home settings.
• Teach self-help, communication, and social skills across the lifespan in 1:1 and group settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans to reduce maladaptive behaviors.
• Collect data electronically on treatment goals.
• Write and verbalize daily progress notes.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and workshops as scheduled.
• Locations include Fayette County, Clayton County, and Fulton County.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Reside in Georgia.
• Capable of performing physical activity.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: RBT Certification, experience in ABA or related fields.
• Open to developing skills through feedback and training.
• Strong time management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Adherence to BACB ethics and HIPAA laws.
