Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking an Intensive Needs Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Oxford, MA. This part-time, fee-for-service position focuses on implementing clients' behavior support plans and delivering ABA-based instruction under supervision.

You will collect data, monitor progress, and collaborate with the supervising BCBA and family to promote meaningful behavioral improvements. A BACB RBT certification and a 5-year track record are required.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) by the BACB - REQUIRED
• Minimum of 5 years of experience - REQUIRED
• Availability to work early afternoon hours (e.g.1:30-4:00) - REQUIRED
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Experience in applied settings implementing behavioral interventions preferred
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Compassionate approach to care
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. No visa sponsorship
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required

Part Time hours Fee For Service Position

The RBT will be responsible for the implementation of clients’ behavior support plans to decrease problematic behavior and provision of ABA-based instruction to promote development of new skills, at the direction of their supervising BCBA. The Registered Behavior Technician will monitor client behavior, collect data on client behavior, and report the data back to supervising BCBA. The Registered Behavior Technician will work collaboratively with the supervising BCBA and client’s family to support meaningful changes in client behavior.

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) - REQUIRED
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience- REQUIRED
• Availability to work early afternoon hours (e.g.1:30-4:00) -REQUIRED
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
