Job summary

Kids First is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-person, in-home ABA services in Anchorage, Alaska. If you’re not currently an RBT—training is provided to help you become certified.

RBTs work 1:1 with clients to implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA, focusing on communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• RBT certification or willingness to obtain (paid training provided).
• Experience working with children ages 3–18 preferred but not required.
• Ability to travel to client homes.
• Strong communication and professionalism.
• CPR certification preferred but not required.
