Behavior Plus ABA in Memphis area is seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children and families under BCBA supervision. You will implement behavior intervention plans and contribute to meaningful client progress.

The role offers flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time, daytime and after-school shifts) with pay of $20–$26 per hour, paid training, monthly bonuses, and referral incentives.

Position Summary
