We're looking for Behavior Technicians with a strong work ethic and a connection to our mission. If you are a natural caregiver or someone with a passion for teaching individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities we encourage you to apply.

As a Registered Behavior Technician, your primary responsibilities are to provide ABA therapy under direction of a BCBA to individuals with a wide range of developmental, social, and emotional diagnosis. Following this, you can follow a clear career advancement path that includes all necessary training, supervision, and even tuition assistance toward an eventual BCaBA or BCBA certification if you choose!

Our Registered Apprenticeship Program is specifically tailored to those working to get their BCBA. Weoffer the supervision, mentorship, hands-on experience, and tuition assistance required to become a future BCBA within our organization. You will work closely with a designated BCBA supervisor to engage in a skills training program that will prepare you for a successful career as a BCBA, both in the field and within our organization.
