Job summary

Ambitions ABA is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-home therapy team serving children and families in Illinois.

As an RBT you will follow BCBA guidance, prepare for sessions, implement intervention procedures, record data, and communicate progress to the BCBA while upholding HIPAA standards.

We offer paid training, free CEUs, exam fee coverage, referral bonuses, and a supportive clinical and administrative team.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required
• Experience working with children in professional or volunteer settings is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Follow all BCBA guidance related to each client’s treatment plan
• Prepare for sessions with goals, structure, and materials
• Implement intervention procedures and provide timely feedback to the BCBA
• Maintain professionalism with parents and caregivers per BACB ethics
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions and comply with HIPAA requirements

Qualifications for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Free access to the RBT certification course for candidates with experience working with children in a professional or volunteer setting, such as camps, daycare, tutoring, or mentoring.
