Job summary

Crimson Heights Behavioral Health in Overton, NV is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time position in our day treatment program. You will provide 1:1 and small group ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA, helping teens and young adults build independence and essential life skills.

You should be passionate about working with individuals with autism, bring a calm presence, and enjoy helping others.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 6–12 months experience with autism or related conditions.
• Preferred: Associates or Bachelor’s degree in sociology, psychology, social work or related field.
• RBT certification may boost starting rate.

Job Description: As an RBT, you’ll provide 1:1 and small group Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA. You’ll support skill-building in areas like communication, emotional regulation, social interaction, and daily living skills—all while making a real impact, every day.

• Preferred: Associates Degree, training and knowledge of behavior analysis, Bachelor’s degree in sociology, psychology, social work, or human services, or any other field relevant to care or services to individuals with behavioral and/or mental health challenges
