Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA, LLC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism through evidence-based behavioral interventions. You will implement treatment plans in collaboration with BCBAs and BCaBAs, collect data, and maintain professional standards to enhance client outcomes.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with a high school diploma, able to travel to client sites, and willing to complete RBT certification within the first 3 months if not already certified.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years or older to apply.
• Have the ability to travel to and between client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may also be assigned)
• Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data as per company policies
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation
• Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.
