Compensation starts at $21 for direct care and increases based on experience and certification, with ABA-specific education earning up to $26 for direct care.

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will support and implement individualized plans targeting decreasing unsafe behaviors and increasing communication and social skills, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Your responsibilities include observing client skills, collecting data, and assisting in developing program goals for children, adolescents, and young adults with autism, intellectual, or developmental disabilities in our center-based programs.
Education and Experience Required: A high school diploma and prior experience working with children. Must have a current RBT credential in good standing. A Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science is preferred. Experience with autism, intellectual, or developmental disabilities, or ABA is a plus. Must be available until 6 P.M. in the afternoons.
Pay ranges from $21 to $26 per hour for direct care, based on experience and certification. Indirect care pay varies between $15 and $18.
