H2 Health in Lubbock, TX seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism in our outpatient pediatric setting. You will work under a supervising BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve communication, social skills, and daily living abilities.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Full-Time | 3501 S. Loop 289 Lubbock, TX 79423

At H2 Health Kids we believe great care begins with great clinicians. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in our outpatient pediatric setting, you will provide direct, one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs.

You will work closely with a supervising BCBA to implement structured, individualized treatment plans designed to improve communication, social interaction, adaptive behavior, and daily living skills in a supportive and engaging environment.

Your Role:

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children in accordance with individualized behavior plans
• Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction strategies
• Collect and record data accurately during therapy sessions
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA regarding progress and observations
