Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You will teach skill acquisition and behavior modification while coordinating with the care team.
The role requires at least a HS diploma and completion of 40-hour RBT training, with a path to RBT certification. Positions offer paid training, potential for more hours, and the chance to impact children's lives across settings.
Experience with maladaptive/aggressive behaviors required.

We offer a two week PAID training program to become a Behavior Technician where you will learn how to implement Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Therapy. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Behavior Technician (RBT) will use ABA techniques to encourage, support, and challenge children to reach new milestones through teaching new skill acquisition and behavior modification.
