We provide comprehensive training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), an evidence-based approach to understanding and improving behavior. From your first day, you'll receive hands-on support, mentorship, and opportunities to grow your career by earning your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and advancing toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
What You\'ll Do
- As a Behavior Technician, you will:
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, community, and center-based settings.
- Implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based teaching strategies.
- Collect accurate data and document client progress.
- Support behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
- Assist with parent training and clinical assessments under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Collaborate with families, supervisors, school personnel, and other professionals while maintaining client confidentiality.
