Job summary

Shapiro Educational & Behavioral Consultants (SEBC) is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy across home, school, community, and center-based settings. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect progress data, and support skill acquisition under supervision.

No prior ABA experience is required; the role includes comprehensive training, mentorship from a BCBA, and opportunities to earn RBT certification while advancing toward BCBA.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, community, and center-based settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based teaching strategies.
• Collect accurate data and document client progress.
• Support behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.

We provide comprehensive training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), an evidence-based approach to understanding and improving behavior. From your first day, you'll receive hands-on support, mentorship, and opportunities to grow your career by earning your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and advancing toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
