Job summary

Inclusive ABA CO LLC in Las Vegas, NV is hiring behavior technicians to provide one-on-one therapy for individuals with autism under a BCBA. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and support social and daily living skills in home and in-person settings.

Qualified applicants have a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), excellent communication, and the ability to follow plans with supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
• Previous experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior intervention plans accurately
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities
