Magnet ABA Therapy in Reno, NV is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA, while collecting data and delivering one-on-one therapy. No prior experience is required; training will be provided to help you apply ABA techniques and support clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills.

• Prior experience as a Behavior Technician or working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided to get acclimated with our procedures and ABA techniques.
• Experience with data collection and recording progress is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy using ABA techniques.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and families.

Responsibilities:

• - Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• - Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• - Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans
• - Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
• - Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills
• - Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed
• - Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families
