Job summary

Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct therapy to children with autism in in-home and clinic-based ABA settings in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. The team operates under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Applicants must have or be pursuing a bachelor's degree, hold an RBT certificate, and commit to at least 20 hours of direct therapy per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.
• Registered Behavior Technician certificate required; experience preferred.
• Willing to commit to 20 hours of direct therapy per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy to children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Deliver services in both in-home and clinic-based ABA settings across the Outer Banks region.
• Collaborate with BCBA and clinical team to implement behavior plans.

Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for its growing in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy practice in the Outer Banks of North Carolina!

Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, provides both in-home and clinic-based speech language pathology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and ABA Therapy services in and around the greater Charlotte, NC area, Fort Mill, SC, Rock Hill, SC, Greenville, NC, and in the Outer Banks of NC.

RBTs with Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, are responsible for providing direct therapy to children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

All applicants must either have or be working toward a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and be willing to commit to a minimum of 20 hours of direct therapy per week in order to provide services with the practice. All applicants must have obtained their Registered Behavior Technician certificate, and prior RBT experience is preferred.
