The Hope Source in Indiana is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will deliver individual and group ABA interventions for children and adolescents with ASD under BCBA guidance.

We value candidates with a Bachelor’s degree, experience with Autism, and a current RBT certification (credentialed RBTs receive a bonus). Fluency in English is required, and a trauma-informed, holistic care approach is encouraged.

Formación

• Previous RBT experience in ABA or Mental Health settings.
• Current RBT Certification (bonus for credentialed RBTs).
• Fluency in English.

About the Role:

We’re seeking experienced RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) to join our dynamic team, where your skills will be recognized, nurtured, and expanded.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and group ABA interventions to children and adolescents with ASD.
• Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Lead skill acquisition and behavior management in various settings.
• Engage in advanced training and contribute positively to team dynamics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience working with children with Autism.
• Previous RBT experience in ABA or Mental Health settings.
• Current RBT Certification (bonus for credentialed RBTs).
• Physical agility and fluency in English.
