Job summary

Stepping Stone Kids Therapy is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in Immokalee, FL. This full-time role involves working one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and contribute to a collaborative multidisciplinary team in a modern clinic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current RBT credential is preferred.
• Sunshine Credentialed preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
• Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills using ABA techniques.
• Collect accurate session data and maintain timely clinical documentation.
• Follow behavior intervention procedures and safety protocols as directed by the BCBA.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members to support client progress.
• Build positive, therapeutic relationships with children and their families.
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and training opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code, Medicaid, HIPAA, and company policies.

What You'll Do

• Build positive, therapeutic relationships with children and their families.
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with the BACB Ethics Code, Medicaid requirements, HIPAA, company policies, and all applicable federal and state regulations.
• Maintain productivity and documentation expectations established by the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential preferred.
• Current Sunshine Credentialed preferred.

• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities.
• Experience in ABA, education, childcare, healthcare, or related fields.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to actively engage with children throughout the workday.
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, bend, squat, run, and transition between activities.
• Ability to safely lift or assist children weighing up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to implement behavior intervention procedures, including responding to challenging behaviors using approved safety techniques and company training.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced pediatric clinic environment.
