Job summary

Ascend Rehab Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinic/center-based program in Hayward, CA. The role provides ABA-based interventions 2:00 PM–6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, totaling 20–22 hours weekly.

You will work under supervision of a BCBA/BCaBA and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support children's growth in a structured setting. Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certificate, have at least 1 year of experience with children aged 0–5, and are

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children ages 0–5.
• CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Comfortable with hands-on care, including diaper changing.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by a BCBA/BCaBA
• Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA services in a preschool/community setting
• Collect and document accurate data and session notes
• Support children with daily routines, transitions, communication, and social skills
• Assist with diapering, toileting, and maintaining a clean and safe environment

• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and ethical guidelines
