Position Details

• Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Location: City, State
• Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans designed to teach and reinforce positive behaviors.
• Assist in data collection and documentation of client progress.
• Work collaboratively with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other team members.
• Provide one-on-one support to clients in various settings including home, school, and community environments.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• High School Diploma or equivalent; further education in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
