General Description: The Franklin Public Schools, a Prek-12 district, is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated individual to work as a Behavior Technician at Washington Street K-5 Elementary School. A behavior technician uses the principles of behavior analysis to help students improve social, play, language, and adaptive skills, while helping to reduce challenging behaviors that get in the way of the student's every day functioning. The therapist is required to be reliable and maintain accurate data-keeping. This work is performed in the classroom under the supervision of a BCBA supervisor.
