Position Details

Pay Range: $17.00/hr - $19.00/hr

As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts, supporting clients through data collection, material preparation, and collaboration with treatment teams to implement behavior support plans.

Responsibilities

• Implement personalized interventions such as discrete trial training, verbal behavior, and social skills support.
• Prepare materials for interventions.
• Support clients in various settings within the clinic.
• Document and report client progress daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma.
• Completed a training program in autism interventions (training provided).
• Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician by BACB.
• CPR certified.
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities is a plus but not required.

This is a full-time, entry-level position based in the clinic; remote work is not supported. The role requires physical stamina, data interpretation skills, and the ability to respond to emergencies.
