Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an ABA therapist (RBT) to deliver 1:1 therapy for early learners and young adults with Autism in the home or community setting.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, participate in supervision, and collaborate with the BCBA and team to ensure high-quality care for pediatric patients. The role requires reliable transportation and a High School Diploma.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication.
• Willing to undergo a background check.
• Must have a reliable car and driver’s license for commuting to clients’ homes.
• Must possess a High School Degree.
• Experience in roles such as Nanny, Teacher, Paraprofessional that transition to RBT has been successful.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with Autism in home or community settings.
• Implement behavioral interventions and individualized treatment plans for ages 2–21.
• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations and parent training as needed.
• Maintain open communication with the BCBA and RBT team regarding treatment delivery.
• Receive supervision from the BCBA at a minimum of 10% of services provided.
• Maintain professional boundaries with child patients and families as indicated by BACB.
• Enter data and all trials daily for each pediatric patient across programs.
• Remain available for supervision sessions, phone conferences, and team meetings as required by the BCBA.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Implement behavioral intervention and individualized treatment plans for children between the ages of 2 and 21.
• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations and parent training as needed.
• Maintain open and direct communication with the BCBA and other RBT team members as needed relating to the delivery of treatment to our pediatric patients.
• Receive supervision from your BCBA at a minimum of 10% of services provided.
• Maintain professional boundaries around our child patients and their families as indicated by the BACB.
• Enter data and all trials utilized daily for each pediatric patient for all programs targeted.
• Remain available for all supervision sessions, phone conferences, and team meetings required by the BCBA.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
