What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy with students between the ages of 3 and 21 years of age under the guidance of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) using Natural Environment Teaching (NET).
• Manage behavioral events with professionalism and apply Safety‑Care techniques for de‑escalation.
• Collect and input data to monitor progress and collaborate with the BCBA to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Partner with families through compassionate engagement and support parent training for continuity of care.
• Embrace the therapeutic philosophy and organization’s culture of compassion and self‑development.

Minimal Session Cancellations

Behavior Technician Training

• We will help you get your Registered Behavior Technician certificate through the utilization of paid hands‑on training as well as individual support. You must be able to pass the exam within 6 weeks from date of hire.

Comprehensive Training

• Registered Behavior Technicians receive intentional training with students over 9–12 hours per student.

Guaranteed Hours

• Full‑time Registered Behavior Technicians with open availability are guaranteed a minimum of 32 hours per week.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: High School Diploma or higher.
• Age: 21+.
• Background Check: Must pass national and local checks.
• Driver’s License: Colorado License preferred for state licensing.
• Physical Ability: Able to lift/support up to 75 lbs. and actively engage with students (standing, kneeling, running, jumping).
