Job summary

Behavioral Framework seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes in Maryland. You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and communicate progress to your BCBA supervisor.

The role offers flexible afternoon/evening hours, a $23/hour base rate with potential higher pay for experienced RBTs, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children.
• High School or Equivalent Education.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Access to a mobile device and ability to navigate Zoom and Email.
• Must have reliable transportation—car only (bus and Uber are not considered reliable).
• Physically able to participate in ABA therapy.
• Able to assume various postures (kneeling, squatting, crouching, sitting, standing).
• Must have visual acuity to ensure accuracy of work.
• Must be able to receive detailed information orally.
• Available 4–5 weekdays between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to assume a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crouching, sitting, standing) in the course of working with children with developmental disabilities and severe behavior problems.
• Must have visual acuity to ensure accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.
• Must be able to receive detailed information through oral communication.
• Behavior Technicians are required to be available 4–5 weekdays between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., working 4–5 hours per day within that window; specific schedules are assigned based on client needs.
