Autism Garden is a small company that focuses on each child's needs. I start off at $14/hour and if you WANT to work with the kids and love what you do, you can make more money quickly. I keep my company small on purpose so we can all help each other if someone needs a day off. I am very particular about who I hire, and it is a group staff decision. I do not hire a body; I hire someone that the present staff feel comfortable with and we all agree will be a good fit for our team. My team consists of one staff member that has been here 6 years and one staff member here 4 months. Before hiring, I did a lot of the direct work. I need to be able to do my paperwork as a BCBA also. I require a "working interview" so I can assess how the kids react to you. They know.....:) I am onsite most days and always available for questions anytime. Your responsibilities include:

1. Take daily data continuously.
2. Work with the client one on one and follow their behavior plan.
3. Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
4. Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
5. Collect data on client progress and behavior.
6. Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
7. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
8. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
9. Follow established protocols for medical documentation and reporting.
10. Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.
11. Wipe noses, toilet training, change diapers as needed.
12. Provide support during therapy sessions and educational activities.
13. Assist with daily clinic cleaning chores as needed.

I require that you have your RBT certification before you apply. A Special Ed teacher or any teacher that wants to learn about Autism would be great. I want someone that has a passion to work with Autistic kids. This job is not easy. You must WANT to do this work. The clinic schedule is 9:00am to 5pm Monday thru Friday. This will be a part-time job to start off and can potentially be a full-time job. If you need off, just let me know. I am very flexible.

Minimum requirements:

1. Reliable transportation.
2. CPR/First Aid Certification.
3. Criminal Background check will be run.

Pay depends on experience and your drive to work. I start off low, but if you prove you know what you are doing and you self-initiate, you will receive raises.
