This job leads the provision of patient care using the nursing process within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code for Nurses, and Scope & Standards of Practice. It involves effectively delegating, directing, and assisting licensed and ancillary team members, ensuring quality patient outcomes, demonstrating cultural sensitivity, and supporting the department's strategic goals. The role requires professional responsibility and accountability and aligns with the company's nursing philosophy.

Required: Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
Required: None.
Preferred: Experience supervising or managing others.
Required: Current RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
Preferred: Certification in a clinical specialty area.
