Job summary

Spring Oak is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our assisted living team. You will oversee medication administration, chart medical records, and perform resident assessments in a warm, family-like environment.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $42, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) match, PTO, and health/dental/vision coverage, with on-call responsibilities as part of the Wellness Director's rotation.

Qualifications

• Current and active RN license.
• Experience in Assisted Living or long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and delegating medication administration to CMAs.
• Charting and maintaining accurate medical records.
• Conducting and reviewing resident assessments.
• Wound documentation and review of managed risk agreements.
• Participating in an on-call rotation for medical emergencies reporting directly to the Director of Wellness.
