Job summary

Spring Oak Senior Living in Conway, AR is seeking compassionate CNAs to assist residents with daily personal care, hygiene and supervision on 2nd or 3rd shift. You’ll help develop and update resident service plans and communicate professionally with residents, families and staff.

You will administer routine medications per state guidelines, and contribute to a warm, family‑like environment. We offer $15 per hour, plus benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO and a 401(k) company match.

Qualifications

• Current CNA Certification.
• Completion of applicable training courses.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Compassion & understanding of the aging process.
