Heartlinks ABA is hiring in Indiana for a part-time RBT role. Provide ABA services to children in-home and in community settings under BCBA supervision, implementing programs and tracking progress with families’ collaboration. Flexible scheduling supports 15–20 hours per week after school.

The role emphasizes data-driven progress notes, teamwork with BCBAs, and ongoing professional development in the ABA field.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB website is required.
• Pass a criminal background check is required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities, is preferred.

In school for ABA?

Responsibilities:
