Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a Regional Zone Manager in California to supervise cleaning operations across assigned accounts. You will plan, direct crews and subcontractors, and maintain strong client relationships under contract terms.

Travel within the territory is required. The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, reporting, and ensuring safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in the janitorial/cleaning industry.
• Experience managing staff and coordinating operations.
• Willingness to travel for accounts within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Confers with customers and subcontractors to evaluate and improve services.
• Develops and implements plans for efficient use of materials and cleaning processes.
• Reviews subcontractor work and maintains cleaning schedules.
• Visits accounts and submits audit inspection reports as directed.
• Addresses customer needs with urgency and professionalism.
• Prepares and submits daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Oversees minor repairs or submits service orders for major repairs.

Responsible for planning, directing participation, and overseeing crew members and subcontractors, ensuring performance expectations are met.
