Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) in Fort Worth, TX is hiring a Zone Supervisor to lead site crews, schedule work, and ensure clean, safe facilities. You will work closely with clients to provide professional service, recruit and staff teams, and supervise crew members to meet quality standards.

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan with match, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years janitorial/building maintenance or related experience with minimum 2 years supervisory/lead experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of staffing processes and performance programs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team and customers; bilingual in Spanish where needed.
• KBSPresence mobile timekeeping usage for clock-in/clock-out and work-hour tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead site crews and perform scheduled work.
• Interact with the client to provide professional and prompt customer service.
• Assist manager to recruit and staff employees; train, motivate, and supervise site leads and crew members.
• Assist manager with coordinating crew scheduling to ensure appropriate staffing.
• Perform quality control inspections and performance audits.
• Monitor crew task completion to meet cleanliness standards; document performance as needed.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; ensure safety and security.
