Job summary

Red Bull New York is looking for a candidate to manage and grow Youth Program partnerships in Northern New Jersey and Westchester. Responsibilities include daily operations, customer care, and driving revenue through partnerships with youth soccer clubs.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial sales and youth coaching, excellent account management skills, and the ability to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. The position offers a competitive salary with commission.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial sales experience, including territory prospecting and revenue generation.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships.
• In-depth understanding of youth sports landscape and budget management.
• Extensive on-field coaching experience across diverse age groups.
• Ability to travel extensively and work varying schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and customer care for youth program partnerships.
• Liaise with partner clubs to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Secure partnerships with youth soccer clubs and organizations.
• Maximize revenue by selling club support and coaching services.
• Track and manage sales and operating budget for the region.
