Red Bull New York is looking for a candidate to manage and grow Youth Program partnerships in Northern New Jersey and Westchester. Responsibilities include daily operations, customer care, and driving revenue through partnerships with youth soccer clubs.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial sales and youth coaching, excellent account management skills, and the ability to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. The position offers a competitive salary with commission.
Red Bull New York ("RBNY") is one of 30 teams in Major League Soccer (MLS) and one of the league’s ten original charter clubs. Founded in 1996, RBNY has competed in MLS since its inception. RBNY’s First Team plays its home matches at Sports Illustrated Stadium in Harrison, New Jersey and its Second Team participates at Montclair State University. RBNY is owned by Red Bull GmbH.
The focus of this position is to manage and grow Youth Program partnership in Northern New Jersey and Westchester. Day to day management will include program operations, sales, renewals, program marketing and regional coaching staff guidance.
Because of the cyclical nature of the entertainment industry, your assigned hours may vary to reflect our needs (includes nights and weekends).
The base salary for this position is $65,000 + commission. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay is subject to change and may be modified.
