Job summary

RRD is seeking an Account Manager, Client & Workplace Experience in Chicago to lead regional operations across workplace services, hospitality, facilities, and client experience. You will drive service delivery, cost-to-serve improvements, and team development with a focus on measurable outcomes.

You will manage a team of ~nine employees, oversee staffing and performance, and partner with the Global Account Director on budgets, forecasts, and business reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of workplace services/office operations leadership.
• Experience managing multi-site operations and client relationships.
• Strong client service, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and service standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and workplace technology tools.
• Willingness to travel within assigned locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Client & Workplace Experience operations across locations, ensuring white-glove service and excellence.
• Serve as primary regional client partner and escalation point for service, workforce, and workplace matters.
• Support implementation of global service standards, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver seamless workplace, hospitality, reception, facilities, and office services support.
• Create and present regular Client Service Reviews using data and feedback to identify improvements.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and escalate to management as appropriate.
