First Financial Bank seeks a WORKlife Specialist to lead the strategy and execution of the WORKlife Banking Program, partnering with Retail Banking leadership to attract, retain, and grow business and organizational relationships, delivering financial wellness benefits at no employer cost.

Based in designated markets, you will onboard accounts, create engagement plans, and coordinate with commercial banking teams, presenting educational resources to business owners and employees.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of client experience in banking or financial services focused on businesses.
• 5–7 years of sales and service experience with proven sales results.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience in sales.
• Strong knowledge of consumer and commercial banking products.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Retail Banking leadership to attract, retain, and grow business and commercial relationships in local communities.
• Develop and implement engagement strategies and plans for districts and markets.
• Onboard and manage WORKlife accounts within assigned districts and regions.
• Present resources and educate business owners on banking solutions including loans, deposits, wealth, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with bank regulatory guidelines and deliver results for district and region.
