Qualifications

Responsibilities

Develop workforce business plans and coordinate job fairs.
Develop on-the-job training opportunities and Rapid Response activities.
Respond to business needs and oversee service plan implementation.
Coordinate partnerships with chambers, industry authorities, and regional groups.
Plan and facilitate workshops and hiring events in the region.
Analyze demographics and labor market information for reports.
