Evergreen Family Wines is seeking a Hospitality & Experience Manager to lead guest experiences across Prosser, Leavenworth, and Woodinville. You will design and launch site-specific events, collaborate with tasting room teams, and manage a marketing and events budget to drive foot traffic and brand engagement.

You bring 4+ years in event creation or regional hospitality, travel ability, and an entrepreneurial spirit to write playbooks, not follow them.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in event creation, experiential marketing, or regional hospitality management.
• Proven track record of managing dedicated marketing/event budgets and designing guest concepts that increase foot traffic and revenue.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Strong knowledge of Washington wine landscape, tourism trends, and direct-to-consumer wine sales strategies.
• Willingness to travel regularly between Prosser, Leavenworth, and Woodinville.

Responsibilities

• Regional Experience & Concept Design: conceive, develop, and launch site-specific guest experiences for three locations; ensure brand consistency while tailoring programs regionally.
• Event Creation & Budget Management: plan, promote, and execute events; manage the marketing budget and measure ROI.
