You will mentor staff, shape budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner across teams to deliver service excellence in a fast-paced, multi-jurisdictional environment.

This role requires a bachelor's degree, 7+ years in claims with 3+ years in leadership, and optional bilingual skills to serve

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Seven (7) years of experience in a claim environment with demonstrated technical experience.
• Three (3) years of supervisory or leadership experience in claims.
• Previous workers’ compensation claim management with multi-jurisdictional experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides leadership for a regional workers' compensation claims organization.
• Responsible for overall performance of claims operations, including claim quality, customer experience, workforce development, and regulatory compliance.
• Leads claim professionals and support staff toward goals and service excellence.
• Mentors employees and develops career paths with growth opportunities.
• Participates in development of annual departmental budget and monitors budget.
