Job summary

Mercer Advisors in the United States is seeking a Regional Vice President to build client relationships and drive wealth management solutions in a sales-focused, client-centric environment.

You will engage prospects via Zoom, phone, or in person, applying financial expertise and company resources to deliver tailored strategies and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful sales experience in financial services.
• Experience building relationships with and understanding the needs of potential clients.
• Self-motivated, growth-oriented attitude with drive.
• Proven time management and organizational skills in high-volume environments.
• Strong computer aptitude with MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Flexibility to travel.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential wealth management clients via Zoom, phone, or in person to understand their needs and show how Mercer can help.
• Leverage financial expertise and organization resources to create value and present tailored solutions.
• Own the sales pipeline from start to finish, converting and nurturing prospects into clients.
• Act as a self-motivated leader in a fast-growing, high-visibility arm of the organization and pursue growth opportunities.
