Deutsche Bank in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Regional Lead for Vulnerability Response Management to oversee regional vulnerability remediation and coordinate with Global Vulnerability Management, regional tech teams, and senior management to drive risk reduction.

You will lead Vulnerability Response Managers in a hybrid work model, aligning with enterprise standards and reporting on exposure and regulatory outcomes to strengthen cyber resilience.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Vulnerability Management, Cyber Defense, Security Operations, and Cyber Risk Management.
• Proven leadership of geographically dispersed teams in complex global organizations.
• Strong track record delivering enterprise-scale vulnerability remediation and risk reduction programs.
• Deep expertise in risk-based vulnerability prioritization and remediation governance.
• Demonstrated leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory and security frameworks including NIST SP 800-40, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, DORA, FCA/PRA.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity while ensuring responsible use of data and AI outputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional vulnerability response function and oversee the activities of Vulnerability Response Managers.
• Ensure serious vulnerabilities are assessed and prioritized according to enterprise standards.
• Drive remediation of serious vulnerabilities and regulatory-relevant vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate regional response to zero-day and actively exploited vulnerabilities.
• Monitor and manage regional vulnerability exposure and risk.
• Act as the senior representative for vulnerability response within the region.
