Commonwealth Senior Living seeks a Regional Vice President of Resident Care to elevate clinical excellence across our communities. This role provides guidance, training, and hands-on support in high-risk situations, travel across several states, and leadership that models our core values.

You will help develop efficient policies and tools, ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, and lead initiatives to improve resident care, staffing, and patient outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Current RN or LPN license in good standing per state regulations.
• Multistate privileges preferred, not required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as DON/Resident Care Director/AL Director.
• Minimum 3 years of nurse management, including coaching and supervision.
• Minimum 1 year experience with resident assessment and care planning.
• Strong verbal and written communication; demonstrated leadership.
• Ability to travel extensively across states.

• Serve as a resident care subject matter expert and point of contact.
• Plan and lead monthly resident care staff meetings.
• Innovate programs for resident care staff to share knowledge.
• Address care issues and provide hands-on assistance in high‑risk situations.
