Job summary

Mercy Housing is seeking a Regional Vice President of Property Operations to lead a multi-site portfolio, driving financial performance, asset management, and resident services across the region.

The role requires strategic leadership, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration, with a hybrid work schedule offered to support critical operations and mission-driven impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; Real Estate Broker’s license preferred or ability to obtain.
• 5+ years’ experience as a manager of affordable housing communities and staff.
• Experience generating property and corporate budgets and supervising management staff.
• Comprehensive knowledge of affordable housing programs including HUD, LIHTC, Rural Housing, and Tax-Exempt Bonds.
• Working knowledge of local and federal housing laws including Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant laws.

• Foster resident-focused services and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Develop and execute strategic plans and budgets aligned with Mercy Housing’s priorities.
